They are alumni of more than 54 law schools and 169 colleges and universities. Of the first-year associates joining us in 2006, 61% worked between college and law school and close to 16% hold graduate degrees in addition to a law degree. Roughly 50% of our associates are women, and over 22% of our associates are people of color. We are very proud of all of them.
