Viacom Inc.	Viacom Inc. in an antitrust litigation challenging the alleged improper packaging of cable programming services. The suit was brought on behalf of a putative class of all expanded basic cable subscribers in the United States against the major cable and satellite distributors, as well as the major programmers. At issue is the practice of packaging channels, instead of permitting customers to purchase programming à la carte.

Viacom and Paramount	Viacom and Paramount in private actions brought by independent video retailers challenging the terms under which the major motion picture studios make newly released videos available to Blockbuster for rental.
