Antti Pesonen is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.  Mr. Pesonen specializes in domestic and cross-border syndicated credit, acquisition finance and other leveraged finance transactions, acting on behalf of both borrowers and banks throughout Europe. 

Mr. Pesonen received his Legal Practice Certificate in 1999 from the College of Law in London and his B.A. in 1997 from the University of London (School of Oriental and African Studies).
