Alison Silverman is Counsel in the Firm’s Personal Planning Department. Ms. Silverman’s practice focuses on estate and trust administration and complex estate, tax, and succession planning for high-net worth individuals. Her clients include principals of private equity and hedge funds, corporate executives, owners of closely-held real estate businesses, and fiduciaries of estates and trusts.
Ms. Silverman earned her J.D., cum laude, in 1998 from University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1993 from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Silverman joined the Firm in 1998.
