Hillary Mintz is Counsel in the Firm’s litigation department.  She has extensive experience in large, complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of antitrust and securities.  She also specializes in governmental investigations – including representing individuals and corporations in SEC and other regulatory matters – as well as internal investigations on behalf of management and boards of directors.

Ms. Mintz received a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 1997.  She received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000.  Ms. Mintz is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York.  She is a member of the American Bar Association.
