James C. Buresh is a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department. He advises clients primarily on issues relating to syndicated lending and high-yield financing.
Mr. Buresh joined Simpson Thacher in 1987 and became a member of the Firm in 1997. He received his A.B. with honors from the University of Chicago in 1983 and his J.D. from Yale University in 1986 where he was a Note Editor of the Yale Law Journal. He is member of the American Bar Association.
