Meredith Jones is Senior Counsel in the London office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she is a member of the Firm's Tax Department. Her areas of concentration are federal income tax with an emphasis on corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate transactions and cross-border tax matters.
Ms. Jones joined the Firm’s New York office in 1997, and moved to the London office in May of 2001. Ms. Jones received her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College in 1992 and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1997.
