Patrick M. Baron is Counsel in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Baron’s practice is focused on domestic and international corporate finance transactions. He has represented both investment banks and issuers in high yield financings, debt restructurings, initial public offerings and other capital raising transactions. Mr. Baron also regularly advises clients with respect to securities laws and general corporate matters.

Mr. Baron joined Simpson Thacher in 2001. He received his JD from the University of Cologne School of Law in Germany in 1997 and his LL.M. from Cornell Law School in 2001. Mr. Baron is admitted to practice in New York and Germany.
