Ms. Sinead O’Shea is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department, focusing on financing. She has experience in a broad range of cross-border senior and subordinated financings, with an emphasis on leveraged acquisition finance.

Ms. O’Shea joined Simpson Thacher in 2000. She is currently based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office and has also worked in the Firm’s New York and London offices. She received an LL.M. in 1996 and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 1994 from University College Cork, Ireland and a Barrister-at-law degree in 1998 from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns, Ireland. She is admitted to the New York bar and the Law Society of England and Wales and practices both New York and English law.
