The Women's Committee meets bi-monthly to monitor the progress of our initiatives and assess the need for new ones. Its 25 members include 24 partners (including 4 male partners) selected for their commitment to these issues, and Natalia Martín, a former Associate Dean at Yale Law School and the Firm's Director of Diversity.

The Women's Committee is chaired by Marissa Wesely, a prominent banking partner who has chaired the Firm's Recruiting Committee. The Women's Committee also includes two members of the Executive Committee and a member of the New Partners Committee.
