We are committed to supporting vital causes affecting women professionals and all women in the local and global community. The Firm commits thousands of hours each year in pro bono legal services to a variety of women's organizations. The Firm has handled matters involving InMotion, which represents indigent women in matrimonial and family law actions, Sanctuary for Families, which obtains restraining orders for victims of domestic violence, Safe Horizon, which assists domestic violence victims, Right Rides for Women's Safety, and RAINN, a national rape and incest crisis counseling network. Litigation partner Libby McGarry is a director of InMotion, and Exempt Organizations attorney Jennifer Franklin is a director of Baby Buggy, an organization which donates maternity/newborn apparel and gear to low-income women. The Firm contributes significantly to many women's organizations, including The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Girl Scouts of Greater New York, International Women's Health Coalition, and Legal Momentum (formerly the NOW Legal Defense & Education Fund).

The Firm provides free information and seminars to all employees on a variety of health topics, including those targeted towards women. The Firm's health insurance plan is extended to domestic partners of both sexes and covers comprehensive gynecological/obstetrics care. The Firm provides a free annual mammogram to all medically-qualifying women employees, female domestic partners and spouses of Firm employees.
