The Firm's Hong Kong office was established in 1993 and now has twenty five lawyers, including six partners. The office provides advice across the full spectrum of the Firm's corporate practice, including cross-border capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, private equity formation and investments, acquisition finance, and related US tax law advice. The office primarily serves Greater China, South and Southeast Asia and Korea. It also provides a truly global capability through coordination with the Firm's offices in Beijing and Tokyo and supports from the Firm's offices in New York, California (Palo Alto and Los Angeles), Washington D.C. and London. The Hong Kong office provides clients with experienced transaction lawyers, many of whom are fluent in either Chinese or Korean.
