Simpson Thacher Represents AOL in Connection with its Acquisition of Goowy Media Inc.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP advised AOL LLC in its acquisition of Goowy Media Inc., California-based technology company that develops and markets widgets and related analytical tools. The acquisition closed on January 30, 2008. Goowy will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL in its Products division.
